Thank you Dan - just to clarify, I think they will be out of all of the 40m band.
Although the article I saw only said 7100 to 7200 kHz & I just passed it along!
Lord knows there is PLENTY of unused spectrum on HF nowadays!
They should just open a lot more of it to amateur radio and to unlicensed
private broadcasting.
