ARC T-20 VHF Model?

I have a VHF model of an ARC T-20 transmitter.

It is a VHF model, yes VHF.  I know, the T-20 is "supposed" 
to be
HF but not this one.

It has a gray cabinet, a window showing 20 VHF crystals between
118 & 122MHz, and four 5763 tubes.

Anyone familiar with this?

Anyone have some docs, please?
