Hi Bob,
    Some 8-9 yrs ago Ken Grimm was kind enough to give me his "old" backup 
disks for BAMA.  Much has been added since, but what I have incl.s the 
SX-101mk2 and 101A manuals.  The "A" is in .pdf, the mk2 is in separate 
.jpgs.  I'd be glad to email you the .pdf, might be a bit dicey to send all 
the .jpgs, but I'd try if you'd like.
