restoration question

You make a photo of the original panel or a photo of another good panel and 
then touch it up before the silk screen is made.  (The original has the 
correct font and spacing and position on the panel.  Be prepared to spend a 
lot of money even if you do it yourself.  You will be buying photo 
sensitized silk screen based on letter size, then you will develop it, wash 
it out, mount it on a silk screen frame, then you need to buy the ink and 
match it's color.  You will also buy some ink release, and screen wash.  You 
will also build a jig and have available UV light for screen development. 
Be prepared to spend at least $250 to $350 for this or more.  Especially if 
you have the screen made up for you from your master photo.  I'd suggest you 
buy some books on silk screening and read up on it.
