I don't have resources available to me here at work but if my memory is
correct I think the Heathkit IO-101 Vectorscope uses the 3RP1A CRT and I've
seen these scopes sell on eBay for $10-$20 on a regular basis. I don't
currently see any there now but keep an eye out if this version of the 3RP1
is acceptable. The HO-10 and HO-13 Heathkit scopes also use the 3RP1 but
they sell for a good bit more than the vectorscopes.
