9-pin miniature tube socket question

Hi all, has anyone seen a 9-pin miniature tube socket with mounting holes
spaced the same as for an octal socket?  I may have dreamed I once saw one
like this for a rectifier tube but can't recall for sure.  Any leads
appreciated.
