FS: HP-23 PS Modded for Elmac Gear

The buyer for my Heath HP-23 PS, which has been
modified for use with Elmac gear (in my case an
AF-68/PMR-8), has changed his mind.

It is again available for sale.  $65. plus the
actual cost to ship.
