If the capacitors you have on hand are good, then they'll work fine.  
The most important thing on electrolytic filter capacitors is the DC 
working voltage.  That should be equal to, or greater than, the 
originals.  Your 20 and 40 mfd capacitors are very close to the 
originals, considering the wide spread of tolerance of electrolytic caps.
