FS Collins 75A-3 Reduced Price

75A-3 Collins Receiver for sale.

Has popular front end mod and Product Detector added (per 1960s QST  
articles). Nice condition and seems to work well. No documentation for  
the Product Detector or first RF stage changes. Not known if there are  
other mods.  Includes 100 kHz Crystal Calibrator.   Serial Number   
1242. The FM Module socket has been used for the Product Detector so  
this 75A-3 is not suitable for FM use.

Has 3 kHz phone mechanical filter and F455-05 CW filter, both of which  
work fine.

Nice panel and inside chassis. No broken knobs, etc. Tunes smoothly.  
Cabinet is great for its age.

Includes an original (not copy) manual. Prefer not to ship but can at  
buyers expense. Would have it packed and shipped at local FedEx  
location to assure proper insurance coverage. Cost would probably be  
in the $75-100 range for cross country. Located in greater Phoenix, AZ  
area.  USA 48 states only because of weight and insurance.
