Tube Puller Needed

Greg;

I have found this to work for me when I had to pull tubes from my R-392's.
If have a friend or some one that is in the electrical business. That can
let you have or barrow a wire mesh grip. The one that looks like Chinese
hand cuffs on one end. Take one and on the open end insert part of a nitrile
glove. The blue ones you see auto mechanics using. I normally push the palm
side into the mesh grip with my pinky. About two inches.

Then I insert the mesh grip over the tube to be extracted. Hold the mesh and
pull upwards till you see the mesh collapsing over the tube. Then snatch the
mesh grip upward quickly. Then mesh grip will collapse over the tube and
grip it. The tube will come out and still be inside the mesh grip.You will
have to hold the tube by it's pins and push downwards on the mesh grip so it
will release the excreted tube and the part of the nitrile glove. It might
take a few tries to master the technique. Hope this for some help to you, it
has worked very well for me.
