outgoing mail using the signature feature of outlook express. The email
doesn't even have to be opened to infect your computer. It then attaches
itself into the outlook express program in your computer and does its
dirty work. There is a patch from microsoft to prevent this from
happening so I understand. The virus did not infect my computer but
Norton is what wiped out my inbox, trying to fix the infected file. Then
Norton would not let any emails that had the virus be down loaded. The
infected emails could not be deleted because they never could get down
loaded. So no other emails could be down loaded either because norton
would come up and stop everything as they tried to come in. So that's
why I had to do what I described below.
