Don't bet on it. I was just clipped $38.00 for 2 lbs parcel post after the 
seller said he combined shipping on items and shipped priority mail. ebay 
don't give a fat rats rump, they get a cut off the sale and a cut off the 
paypal transaction, the bigger it is the better they like it.
