Funny Craig's list Ad for Oscilloscope

Funny.  He doesn't know what it is, or what it's used for, but it works 
and is in good condition.  Wonder how he determined that?  The Eico 460 
was an O'scope  kit, and I seriously doubt that it was used by any 
branch of the military.  Particularly in WWII. It's old, but not that old.
