Converting CE Q-Multiplier DQ to 262 from 455?

I may soon be getting a Central Electronics
Multiphaser Q-multiplier Model: DQ:

I'd like to add a Q-Multiplier to my Multi-Elmac
PMR-8 receiver, but it has a 262kc/KHz final IF.

Is there much more to converting this to 262kc than
swapping-out the IF can and adding some capacitance?
