Th Spruce Goose was set up next to the Queen Mary during the 1980's but
the exhibit closed and moved to Oregon long ago.

In 1985, I attended WESTCON, another thing long gone and Electronic
Design magazine rented the Spruce Goose facility for their cocktail
party which I got to attend since we were exhibitors at the trade show.

The plane was amazing to see!

I thought I saw a Ford Tri-Motor at the Henry Ford Museum outside
Detroit. You can see a Ford Tr-Motor in the second Indian Jones movie
"Temple of Doom" and I believe he flew on the China Clipper in the first
Indiana Jones movie - "Raiders of the Lost Ark"
