info needed on a LPF

G'day to the list, might anyone have any information on a low pass filter
made by Electro International Inc, model LP-101-C?  It has N female
connectors and federal stock #N5915-841-2786, really well constructed.  I
don't have a spectrum analyzer so any suggestions for testing it some other
way would be welcome too.
