Don't know what kind of test equipment you have available, Mike, but a simple rf 
generator and rf load with a rf voltmeter will get the job done. Other 
variations are possible but just looking at the insertion loss is a darned good 
start.  I would be looking for the 3 dB point and that should give you an idea 
of the cutoff frequency.

G'day to the list, might anyone have any information on a low pass filter
made by Electro International Inc, model LP-101-C?  It has N female
connectors and federal stock #N5915-841-2786, really well constructed.  I
don't have a spectrum analyzer so any suggestions for testing it some other
way would be welcome too.
