TS 520 carrier oscillator board

I would like to exchange notes with anyone who has experience with the TS 520 carrier oscillator board.

I can't get the 3395.000khz CW carrier oscillator crystal where it needs to be....the crystal is getting pulled about 1khz off frequency in the circuit and the rig won't provide RF output in the CW or TUNE position....SSB operation is fine.

All comments/suggestions are most welcome.
