National NC-270 receiver question

In the National NC-270 receiver is the combination of the
""Bifilar T Notch" rejection circuit, tunable over entire
IF bandwidth" and the "Notch depth and Notch frequency"
adjustments the equivalent of the Select O Ject outboard
device and an outboard Q-multiplier as well?

Or are both somewhat less effective in comparison to the
outboard devices?
