[Boatanchors] Pierson KE-93 Receiver Manual - Missing Pages?

I have most of the manual for my Pierson KE-93 receiver and
matching power supply/meter - anyone have a complete one?

I am looking for the Block Diagram (if there was one) and the
Index (from which I may determine if I am missing anything
else).
