[Boatanchors] Patterson PR-10 Receiver Value

I am liquidating the ham radio equipment from the estate of my friend,
Ivan, VE7CRV, SK, and need to determine the fair market value of a
Patterson PR-10 receiver.

The receiver is cosmetically in very good shape, but needs a cleaning.
All the knobs work, but the main dial drives slip at times.

I am very reluctant to try to power it up as it has not been on in many,
many years, and I suspect a recap will be required first.

A local ham wants to purchase it, and I need to determine a fair market
value.

Any ideas?
