converter is quite sensitive.  Works into any receiver that covers 7 mcs. 
Has its own built in power supply.  The panel is in good shape, the cabinet 
has some staining on the top but no rust or dents.  Comes with a copy of the 
manual.  Asking $40.00 plus shipping.
