[Boatanchors] Printed Matter Still Cheaper at the USPS ?

Media mail still prohibits anything with advertising being sent using that method, no matter how old the advertising actually is.  Some people confuse library mail with media mail.  Library mail allows periodicals such as magazines with advertising to be sent from one library to another, to universities and other schools, etc.  Unfortunately, library mail is not available to the "common man".

Your best bet is FedEx ground or something similar.

Just curious, because I have fairly large a stack of old 1930's QSTs and was wondering if it was practical to ship nowadays. Very interesting reading at bedtime.
