[Boatanchors] FS: SS 866/3B28 replacement

I have an assortment of plug in solid state replacements for the 866 and 
3B28 rectifier tubes as follows:

1N2637   8 each used at $6.00 each
                3  each NOS at $10.00 each

FAA-T10KV/ST7450  these look identical to the 1N2637
                6  each NOS at $10.00 each

SemTec  SA-7477/705  these are the same size and shape as the 1N2637 but the 
upper part is finned for better heat dissipation
                 2 each used at $6.00 each

I have no way to test these but they are pretty indestructable.  All were 
pulls from operating FAA equipment 10 to 15 years ago.

Postage would be extra on all of these.  Or, if you want all 19 of them I'll 
sell them as a lot for $140.00 postpaid within the US.
