Hello All,
I have a copy of NAVAER 16-1-519 Handbook Preferred Circuits Navy Aeronautical Electronic Equipment.  This was 'Prepared by National Bureau of Standards Department of Commerce for Bureau of Aeronautics Department of the Navy'.  It is dated 1 September, 1955.
It has a green paper cover with 3 screws holding the binding together.  Edges of the cover are a bit rumpled but the text pages are in wonderful shape - all clean and flat with no wrinkles or tears.
Sample subjects are:  DC Regulator for Plus or Minus 300 Volts, Parallel-Triggered Blocking Operator, Automatic Gain Control, Squelch, etc.  Several sections regarding video.
