[Boatanchors] Bud Tube Tester

To all inquirers...
It's a Bud 416, obviously prewar and that's all I know.
Obviously dusty, but doesn't seem to be butchered.
It's a ways from me, so I've never seen it.
If anyone has real info, or wants to make a bid, drop me a note, BUT I don't 
have any more info.
