[Boatanchors] Parting out T-4X

I have a nice looking Drake T-4X that I am going to part out.  Good cabinet 
and panel.  The carrier oscilator is weak, the PTO is weak.  Mixers and 
driver stages seem OK.  Let me know what you need?
