Not sure if this will help. Just happen to have an Amphenol catalog from
1942. Don't see any ceramic sockets listed, but it has octal and 5 pin
socket dimensions.

Hello All,
I am looking for a reference showing the dimensions for Amphenol ceramic
octal socket 26-B.  It may be 28-8 or 28-B as the molded lettering is tough
to read.
I am also looking for the dimensions for a standard 5-pin socket for an 807
tube. 
If there is a general on-line reference page, that would be great.
Otherwise a scan would be very helpful.
The reason I need the dimensions is that I will order a panel through Front
Panel Express and will use their software to make the CAD drawing.
