[Boatanchors] Another Unusual Part

I possess two sets of these solid state devices. During the 70's I
assembled a Heathkit IM-18 VTVM. My father owned a Heathkit V-7A which he
assembled late 50's/early 60's. When Heathkit offered the solid state
upgrade we both purchased them. Dad passed away in 2001 so I now own 2
Heath VTVM's with this upgrade. The upgrade was called "Vacuum-Tube
Voltmeter Modification Kit" designated "Model IMA-18-1" The TR1119 SS
Triode (replaces 12AU7) is Heath part #150-58 and the TR1002 SS Diode
(replaces 6AL5) is #150-57. The instruction sheet does not contain any
schematic or internal information about the devices.

I believe that pair was intended to convert a classic VTVM to solid state.
