[Boatanchors] 6L6 & 6AG7 w/4 switched coils = what?

I acquired this not knowing what had been done to it.

I won't use it as-is but may convert it to a 6m DSB transmitter,
perhaps a transceiver, using subminiature tubes, pencil tubes,
and even more fun Space Charge tubes.
