[Boatanchors] Voltage Sequencing on 807s

I'm looking at testing some 807s, which seems pretty straight forward.
And, no, I don't have a tube tester available.

Obviously, the heater and control grid get powered first, but what about
the screen and plate? Or does it even make any significant difference?

My original intention was to use a (decoupled) divider off B+ for the
screen, but at the moment, I'm inclined to use a separate supply.
