HI Guys, This little cool gem, a GLASS, 2C39, was taken from a properly working 2G microwave station, however it has been out of service for a number of years since then. The age is surprising... the date code on the side... is FHN 0367 The label on the top is MOTOROLAML-2C39A7-47
makes a nice paper weight... and conversation piece..or if someone has a tx to try it in... it very well could work.
Maybe I should built up a qrp tx around it???
Have a great day,

> The 2C39 can be replaced with the 3CX100A5. However, the 3CX100A5 is a better tube if, for no other reason, that it is a ceramic tube and not a glass tube like the 2C39. The 3CX100A5 is considerably more rugged than the 2C39.
