This is a single-lever paddle, produced by Electrophysics in the 1960's. This is in nice shape but does have a few paint chips which can be seen in the photos.

1928 Vibroplex Original Bug - $125 plus shipping
The serial number is 101387 dating this bug to 1928. This bug has a Japan base finish with pin stripes although the pin striping is very faded. This key appears to be complete and should clean up nicely.
