[Boatanchors] BC-652A and ARC-5 really cheap

I also posted these to the Atlanta Craigslist where I added
one picture for each radio.  It has been quite a while since
I used them but they worked for me back then.  A few have
asked about the weight for shipping.  As soon as I can find
a working scale, I will get that info.
