[Boatanchors] historical question who many running CW compared to the 60s?

Sending faster than the operator can actually copy has been a problem ever since I received my Novice Class license in May 1959!  Nothing new except that the keyboard makes sending fast considerably easier!

  The annoying part is many, sending faster than most can copy, and if answering call still do resort to 
speed of other operator.
