[Boatanchors] frozen potentiometer

  Believe it or not, plain rubbing alcohol and a lot of time will  
un-freeze the shaft from the bushing when even WD-40 won't do the  
trick.  Thanks to tube hi-fi legend Earl Yarrow for this tip.
