A few years ago, I got the bug to become a Signal Shifter collector and now I have five.
But it's time to start thinning, to avoid burdening others with a cleanup, so I'm testing the waters re selling them on to other caretakers.
I have the 1938, 1940, 1942, and military versions.  They look different, but are virtually identical, circuit wise.
I believe there was an early Shifter with one, or no, VR tube, but I haven't been able to find one.
They all work, with varying degrees of chirp and drift, but when warmed up can be decent, for casual use.
SO, is anyone interested in shifters?  I have several sets of coils and the military model has a full drawer of coils.
The '38, the oldest, is the one I'd sell last, but if someone were desperate we could talk.
I've enjoyed the Shifters and putting them in CX, but One is more than enough!
If you think you might be wanting a Shifter this is a good opportunity.  I'm not giving away, but not looking to get rich either.
Just let me know.  I really don't want to use Ebay, but will if necessary.
