[cisco-bba] PPPoE Connection Throttling - what about L2TP?

Today i discovered the following doc on CCO, which refers to a so-much requested feature 
by all bba customers. Of course it refers only to PPPoE sessions :-(

Is there a similar feature available for L2TP sessions too?
