[cisco-bba] Covad DSL specifics

Hi,

We're in the midst of turning up another backhaul to Covad for DSL.  I've
been pestering our SE at Covad about some example configs, etc., but they
claim to have no reference documents covering this.

Beyond the basics of setting the interface up:

interface ATM2/0
 description Covad ATM DS-3 Interface for DSL
 mtu 1500 (???)
 no ip address
 no ip proxy-arp
 load-interval 30
 atm scrambling cell-payload
 atm framing cbitplcp
 atm uni-version 3.1
 no atm auto-configuration
 no atm ilmi-keepalive
 no atm address-registration
 no atm ilmi-enable

Is there anything else I should be looking at on a per-pvc basis?  Should
I have a class on each PVC setting UBR and a max cell rate?

Just looking for tips from other Covad ISP partners.  What we have works
(RBE on ADSL, subints w/o RBE for SDSL), but there are a ton of atm
settings in the docs that I'm curious about...
