[cisco-bba] LQM / LQR over ADSL

Hi,

Some Customer of us wantet du have LQM enanbled for triggering his
lines.
I enabled it and realized, that the Cisco Clients (826/836/827) had
problems to come online.
The ATM interface was just flapping.

Do you have any ideas what the problem is? My understandingis, tha this
feature onli works with synchron serial lines not with PPPoE and
Virtual-Access interface.
