LQM appears to be broken when trying to run it on a PPPoE client. I've
opened up a DDTS for you, CSCsb56617. That said, we generally don't
recommend running LQM. How are you using it to "trigger" lines? Just a
guess, but SAA object tracking may be a better solution...
