acct-session-id is a value with local significance, so it cannot be
passed via L2TP AVPs to the downstream LNS. Did you evaluate using
NAS-Port for this? I *think* if you enable "vpdn aaa attribute nas-port
vpdn-nas" on your multihop-LNS, we relay the nas-port received from the
LAC to the 2nd LNS. Can you try this out?
