You are already using subinterfaces, which is the most effective method
to terminate PPP users. Changing this by enabling pre-cloning will have
adverse effects on performance and memory, so please don't change it.
Pre-cloning no longer has much benefit (at least in 12.3 an later), so
there should be no reason to enable it in almost all scenarios.
