[cisco-bba] SIP 600 : one subslot

Hello 

I have installed a SIP 600 at  one cisco 7600 router .I have inserted two SPA 5xGE  but only one of them is online .I see that the SIP seem to be with only subslot active:
7600#sh module

In this type of SIP 600 only one sublot can be used or is needed  to put some command  to activate the other subslot ?
