I'm suspecting an off-by-one bug in the NextPort modem connect speed
stats:

See the transmit counters? I am quite sure the incoming calls are
mostly 1200/1200 with a few beeing at other speeds; but the stats show
them at 300. also, notice a few calls at 7200 (not 9600) and at 12000
(but not 14400).

Known bug?
