[cisco-nas] PPPoE over vlans

I recently tried moving the ethernet connection between a 7206 and a DSLAM
from a 10baseT port on a PA-4E to a 2924xl-en on an ISL VLAN (we need to
free up the PA slot, so I needed to get the DSLAM and a 3640 doing MPLS
VPNs over DSL off the 4E, and onto VLANs on the switch).
It seemed the PPPoE packets just weren't getting delivered to the 7206.
I just did a search, and I see that early in 12.1T, PPPoE support over
dot1q VLANs was added, but I don't see anything about ISL. At the time,
it didn't occur to me to try changing the encaps to dot1q...I thought
cisco prefered their proprietary ISL. Is PPPoE over VLANs only supported
with dot1q VLANs, and not ISL ones?
The 7206 in question is running 12.1(5)T12, but will likely be either
upgraded or replaced with one running 12.2(14)S1.
The switch was just upgraded to 12.0(5)WC5, to get support for the mtu
command in order to allow us to raise the mtu on the ports so it'll pass
>1500 octet MPLS tagged packets.
