[cisco-nas] STOP acct record not sent

No, you shouldn't need anything extra in the config. I ran a quick
test and didn't see this behaviour in 12.2(6i). Could you send me your
config and the output of "debug ppp negot", "debug vpdn l2x-ev",
"debug aaa accounting", and "debug radius" when you manually clear the
interface?
