[cisco-nas] mica modems

I have a Cisco 3640 router with 30 mica modems and a channelized E1 PRI
for dial access.

I am from Argentina.

The "modem country mica argentina" command doesn't exist. I use "modem
country mica e1-default". I have some problems with the connections
(slow retrains, etc).

Is there a better option than e1-default for Argentina ?
Are the MICA modems ready to work in my country ?
