[cisco-nas] 3620 "invisible" typing

So this happens ever time you hit this particular vty?  Might be CSCdz36877.

Under rare circumstances it may be possible that the exec session associated
with a virtual terminal can get into a state where characters entered by
the user will not be echoed back.

Using authentication on the line makes this less likely to occur,
but the problem may reappear after opening and closing a connection
to another host.

Authenticating again, using the login exec command, even if already
authenticated, or entering enable mode, will restore the echo
on the line.
