[cisco-nas] "%NP_DDSM-3-UNSUPPORTED_CALL_TYPE" message

After looking on CCO, i didn't find anything useful about the following message.
All it says is "Recommended Action: No action is required." How could a severity 3 message 
need no action at all? Could it be a bug? What type of call does it refer to?
